Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Delivery update

Please appreciate that some delivery services will be disrupted due to the coronavirus. Our warehouse is continuing to process and send orders but there may be minor delays in delivery times. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom

  • FREE tracked on orders over £50.

  • Tracked: £5.99

  • Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day shipping.

  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Orders below 10kg will be shipped by Yodel Tracked.

  • Expected delivery time is 2-5 working days.*

  • Orders above 10kg will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

  • Expected delivery time is 2-5 working days.*

* Excludes weekends and bank holidays.

Next working day delivery within the United Kingdom

  • Next working day: £8.99

  • Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day shipping.

  • Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Orders will be shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

  • Next working day delivery aim (not guaranteed).*

Tracking information

  • If you have a HATer Clothing Uk account, once your order has been shipped the tracking number will be sent to the email address u provided during checkout.

  • The tracking number provided can be entered into the delivery service provider’s website to obtain tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for the information provided but please contact us on if you experience problems retrieving your tracking information.

Please note

If you are not in when your parcel is delivered, our driver will make up to 3 attempts to deliver on subsequent days and/or we will leave a card if:

  • Your parcel has been left in a safe place e.g. garage, shed, side entrance, in an enclosed porch.

  • Your parcel has been left with a neighbour; a neighbour is not just the person to either side of you but could be someone across the street or a few doors down. Don’t worry, we will tell you the house number on the card.

  • Your parcel could not be delivered and has been returned to the local depot. To arrange re-delivery or collection from the depot follow the details on the card.

  • We reserve the right to charge the full shipping fee to resend any order that is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt. If a refund is requested on an order that was placed with next day delivery then this will be processed minus the additional delivery charge.

  • The estimated delivery times stated do not apply to any Items with any of the following delivery addresses or postcodes

    (and, to avoid doubt, in each of these instances, we do not provide any target time for delivery):

  • Any Items addressed to any British Forces Post Office;

  • In relation to Non Account Tracked 24, to any of the following postcodes:

    GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3.

  • In relation to Non Account Tracked 48, to any of the following postcodes:

  • BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA60-75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3.

  • Shipping is only available to the United Kingdom.
